About Storm Salon Social

Backstage at New York Fashion Week is where this started.

Before Rebekah Harrison ever built a salon's marketing, she spent more than two decades in media, production, and creative direction, learning what makes a person walk past one place and choose another.

Who you'd be working with

Rebekah Hope Harrison

Rebekah Harrison founded Storm in 2017. She is a content strategist and brand storyteller who believes beauty is more than trends or staying visible online. Her work centers on revealing the beauty that already exists inside every salon: the artistry, the team, the guest experience, the space, the values, and the community that makes each brand truly its own.

Born in Dallas, Texas and now based in La Jolla, California, Rebekah has spent more than two decades working in media, production, and creative direction. She and her husband, Ryan, began building websites, developing brands, producing short videos, and creating digital courses long before content creation became an industry. They have worked and lived in Texas, Virginia, California, New York, and Colorado, shaping a creative career rooted in adaptability, intention, and storytelling.

Rebekah entered the beauty industry in 2013, producing editorial photo shoots, fashion shows, and digital and live education for Vivienne Mackinder, former Fashion Director of Intercoiffure America Canada, in New York. After returning to California, she launched Storm in 2017.

Today, Rebekah partners with salon owners, stylists, and beauty brands across the country who want their digital identity to reflect the heart of their business, not just their highlights. She believes people may discover you because your work is good, but they stay because of who you are. Her mission is to make sure that identity shines online with clarity, consistency, and an unmistakable sense of beauty.

How the work is done

Three rules we don't bend.

You get answered. Every salon on the books has someone who knows it by name, and questions come back the same day. An agency that takes everyone is an agency that returns nobody's calls.

Everything is month to month. No annual contract, no termination fee. If the work stops being worth it, you leave.

Your accounts stay yours. Every post, profile, photo, and login runs under your own name. Nothing is held hostage on the way out, because none of it was ever ours.

Pricing is set per salon on the free strategy call, so there is no rate card on this page. The call is twenty minutes, costs nothing, and the notes are yours whether you hire Storm or not.

Where to look next

Don't take her word for it.

Storm makes no claim to being the best or the biggest salon marketing agency. If you want to judge the work instead of the pitch, the case studies lay out what changed at named salons in named cities, with the figures attached.

And if you'd rather learn something before you talk to anyone, the Salon Owner's Playbook is twenty guides written for owners. No email gate, no download form.
